Nevertheless She Persisted

Updated: Jun 23, 2021

Meet Anna Foster! Anna was a Martin County High School student for her freshman and sophomore years. However, she transferred to South Fork for her junior year after moving to a different school zone. While at South Fork, she learned she could finish high school much quicker if she took classes at Spectrum Academy and she did. She was able to complete her coursework and graduated from South Fork High School in March of her Junior Year! Interesting fact about Anna is that her favorite colors are teal and black…the colors of the one high school, Jensen Beach, which she did not attend.

For Anna’s shoot she dreamed of a rural/farm location with a barn, so we took a drive to Cielo Blu Barn, an event venue, in Fellesmere, Fl. I first learned of Cielo Blue while shooting a gorgeous December wedding a few years earlier and thought it would be perfect for Anna’s shoot. Cielo Blu is pronounced Chee-ello blue and means “blue sky or heaven” in Italian. Anna’s session that day turned out to be just that - heaven with the most beautiful blue sky!

Anna’s everyday style is typically shorts and a t-shirt or a tank. Yet, Senior pictures are a once in a life-time memorable experience, so Anna opted to get glammed up with a Cameo White Lilly Pulitzer Marielle Race For This Lace Strapless Dress. We accessorized with a Fedora hat from Elizabeth MarinI Photography’s style closet

Anna’s favorite feature about herself are her eyes. I got to know Anna a little at out pre-session consultation, while she had her hair & makeup up professionally done, and during our shoot, I can honestly say Anna is beautiful all round, inside and out!

Anna’s favorite hobbies include boating and driving her truck, so of course we had to have some senior photo shots with her black Ford truck.

That’s what she said:

If you want to feel flawless in front of the camera Elizabeth is the lady for you senior pictures.” - Anna Foster

That's what she said:

"My daughter had her Senior session yesterday. It was such a great experience. We had hair and makeup done through Elizabeth which made her look flawless. We decided to choose a location to take the photos at sunset and we had an hour drive to get there and Elizabeth made sure she had snacks and a drink for the drive. Once we got there it was so great. My daughter felt so comfortable in front of the camera. I felt like Elizabeth really took the time to get the best photos and waited for the right light. She really loves what she does and it shows."

Thank you, Anna, for allowing me to be your high school senior photographed I truly enjoyed your senior session!
