  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

  • Failure to pay the balance will result in session cancellation.

  • For detailed payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling fees, please refer to your client contract.

5. Photo Usage and Model Release

By engaging our services, you grant Elizabeth Marini Photography LLC the right to use your photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please notify us in writing.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights but may not use photos for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Elizabeth Marini Photography LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

  • We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or acts of third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Martin County, Florida.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
