Today, I had the pleasure of photographing Olivia Pulley, a radiant senior for her cheer senior photoshoot at Martin County High School, It was a heartwarming experience to see how this family has grown and changed over the years. I first met Olivia when her sister, Gracie, was a senior at Martin County. I had the honor of capturing Gracie’s senior portraits, and Olivia joined in for those photos back then, already showing the spirited energy she’s brought to cheerleading.
Now, it feels like things have come full circle. Gracie, currently a senior at Florida Atlantic University, is not only making strides in her studies but also became the JV Cheer Coach at Martin County High School. Naturally, Gracie joined Olivia for this session, bringing along the same supportive, sisterly bond that made their first shoot together so memorable.
We set the scene at the high school football field for Olivia's cheer photos – a perfect choice to capture her spirit and dedication to the team. Yesterday marked the end of the regular football season for the Tigers, with one last game (and the possibility of a playoff game!). The energy from the season still lingered, making the photos even more meaningful.
As a beautiful redhead, Olivia stood out against the field backdrop, and her natural grace and poise shined in every shot. Capturing these moments for her, especially after knowing her family’s journey, was a special experience, and I’m so excited to share these images with everyone.
Olivia, you’re bound for great things, just like your sister, and I’m so grateful to have had the chance to be part of this journey.
